Heavy Haul FAQs

To provide an accurate quote, we require the precise dimensions (length, width, height), gross weight of the load, pickup/delivery locations, and any specific site constraints for rigging.

We recommend a lead time of 2-4 weeks. This allows for thorough route surveys and the acquisition of necessary state-issued permits, which can take several business days depending on the jurisdiction.

In Maryland, generally any load wider than 8' 6", taller than 13' 6", or longer than the legal trailer limit requires special permitting. Weight limits also apply; anything exceeding 80,000 lbs GVW is typically classified as a heavy haul.
